  • Costs of a home nurse can vary depending on time of day support is needed, the complexity of support, and how far the nurse may need to travel. Our pricing is located on our Pricing Page.

    Home Care Package / Support at Home

    Yes, we support Aged Care clients. In most cases we can work with your Home Care Package management company to have our services covered by your funding.

    NDIS

    Yes, we support NDIS clients. In most cases we can work with your Support Coordinator, or, directly with you to our services covered by your funding.

  • Supported at Home will work closely with your nominated representative. We work with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Family Members, Doctors, and any other care professional you nominate.

  • We understand connection is important. Our team will talk to you about our available nurses and support workers and work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure you are happy with your support team.

  • Our team will travel as far north Noosa/Cooroy and south to Caboolture. Where appropriate travel costs will be on-charged.

  • We can assist with most conditions. Our process includes developing a customised support plan tailored to your needs. Common services requested include: Wound Care, Stoma Management, Catheter Care, Medication Management, Vital Signs Monitoring, Palliative Care, Pre and Post-acute hospital care.

  • All team members undergo a national police check, skills and qualification verification, and hold CPR and First Aid qualifications alongside their caregiver qualifications. Staff are supervised by an experienced Director of Clinical Services.
